Best place to buy your INFINITI...great service
Terrible customer service!Went in on 9/5 and put a $300 deposit on a car we were going to purchase. We called the following week and notified Jim our salesman that we had changed our mind and if he can issue a refund. Waited 2 weeks and called back to see the status on the check, left numerous messages no one called. Called again the next day and spoke to Jim, said he will look into it and get back to me. Again no follow up. Called back again and supposedly the paperwork that he handed in was lost so he had to re-do all paperwork for the refund. Waited another week and still no check. Called again... same story...he will look into it... then wanted us to go pick up the check!Finally got the check on 10/17.
Got a flat tire in my '18 Q60 Red Sport. Car needed a flatbed tow to George Harte INFINITI. Tow service was prompt and courteous. Karen from service went above and beyond to make sure my tire was replaced and warrantied. I paid no money out of pocket. Karen is a phenomenal addition to the George Harte INFINITI service department. I will ask for her by name for my future service needs.

Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve had. Stephen Manillo was knowledgable, proffesional and made me feel like he had my best interest at heart. I never felt pressured to make a purchase. If anything, him being as laid back, open and honest as he was only made me that much more comfortable with my purchase.
